Just a long awful process. Also I booked a different location for mobile pick up, got there, and then I find out they don’t offer mobile pick up! Absolutely ridiculous to be honest. Why would you let me book for mobile if that’s not an option? And then when you finally do pick up, there’s 100 hundred questions you have to answer, questions that could have been done well before. Will not be using again.

Abbas AThe guy was very helpful. Unfortunately they charged me wrong on the odometer. They charged me at 367 when it was 383 when I picked it up. I think it's an extra $50 chrage
Kyle MClerk was very helpful, patient, and kind
Karis BI rate the equipment as clean however the one thing that could be improved was the windshield. Must have been on a long trip and was bug splattered, baked on bugs. It would have been nice to have a clean windshield otherwise van was very clean
