The van smelled like gasoline. Everything and everyone that got in the van stunk like gasoline after being in there.
Joel LThe windshield was so dirty it was inside and out we had to clean just to see through.. But everything else was awesome. It was a very comfortable trip..
TERRY DI wasn’t familiar with using the app solely for check in, and there was nobody at the location to help (door was locked). But after figuring out the app it all worked out okay.
Lisa GI found the mobile pick-up to be a very frustrating experience. It was not user friendly. I had to call a representative and be walked through the process. As we talked it through i realized there was no way I could have done it without additional coaching. I like the convenience of it, however, it could be much easier.
