Nothing. The service, facility and equipment were all way above my expectations. Very easy to work with, not like another local company Air Base Mini Storage who the reservation #21832869 was originally booked with. all they could say was NO, No and No. Where Tracy at Kent Oil & Propane evaluated my situation and made my move very easy and stress free.

David N.I have rented A LOT of UHAUL equipment in the last few months (I must be doing something wrong in life)from large box trucks to move my son, small box trucks to move my mom, and now a car dolly to recover a family members car that broke down. ALL of the experiences have been positive, but I have to say, Kent Oil and Propane is top of the list. The facility was immaculate. Most important, the equipment I needed to haul a car 200 miles was flawless, clean, and safe. And the rental agent was the most pleasant and personable person you could hope to work with. Overall, great experience and I will definitely go back, assuming karma continues to plague me for what ever I did to anger the universe and I must continue to be free labor for - apparently everyone. :)
