The pick up location was fine, but it was in an area that was not very maintained. The location is not ideal for women who are alone
Alissa GOur reservation confirmation was for a 4pm pick up, we actually needed it by noon. Called the number and spoke to Kristi, she was very understanding and was able to make the time change for us, met us at the location with no problem. We will book through her again! Thanks Kristi for making an already stressful situation a little more less stressful! Equipment handled well and the drop off was perfect!
