Local dealer was unable to find my drop off city in Illinois, so I had to call uhaul when I arrived to return trailer, then I was ask to pay $19.00, I refussed to oay and Uhaul store in Kanakee, il took charge off. Recommend Uhaul do a better job training rual locations on uhaul system. Trailer pulled great, also outside of trailer was very dirty!! I am ra retired Nay Veteran and ask for a Veteran discount and local dealer was unable to give it to me. When arriving at your Kankee, Il Uhaul dealer they were unable to give the Military discount as well. Hooe this helps to emprove your future business. Uhaul is a great service for helping people move and the price is very fair.
WILLIAM MMy UHaul trailer was not returned to this location. They made an error in checking in another trailer and somehow my rented trailer was mistaken for another. Sloppy check in somehow. The extra charge to me was $740 that I had to call to get refunded. Mine was returned correctly to LaGrande Oregon. The Bellingham agent corrected the error and hopefully I will see a refund. Kudos to the Bellingham agency!

Kirina KWell, we were quoted $49.95 per day. There was not a 26 foot U-Haul available in our town, Lebanon. So we drove 25 miles one way to pick up a truck in Camdenton being told by U-Haul transportation that we would receive a free day and 50 miles for free on our rental. So at the most, I was thinking $50, plus any mileage over 50 miles, plus our $16 insurance we added… Somewhere around $100. It ended up being $177 because we were charged a one-way truck fee since we brought it from Camdenton to Lebanon Missouri. If this would’ve been communicated upfront, I was fine with it… But it seemed like we were misled, and that wasn’t cool to me. The truck was great, Christina at the Lebanon drop off was so helpful and I would like to use U-Haul again.
