Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI am so thankful that we have this available. We are in a quite rural part of the country where a lot of services are not available. Thank you U-Haul for making it possible for me to locally pick up and return a trailer to assist me in this move
JUANITA RVehicle was well maintained and in good condition. However, U-Haul could not fill my order at my preferred pickup location, then charges me $1.00/mile plus tax and fees for the extra 110 miles I had to drive from the only other location that had the size vehicle I needed. The vehicle showed available on the website at my preferred location when I booked my rental. Customers should not be punished for U-Haul’s inability to fill an order properly.
