ORTIS BMy original pickup location at the Merietta location reservation was horrible.. No trailer was available and I was made to drive 20 miles out of my way to the Cummings location causing me undo inconvenience!
WALLACE CThe truck was great, staff was friendly, and the process was easy. My only complaint is that I expected the truck to be clean when I picked it up so I didn’t check the back before leaving and I had to throw away the last person’s garbage - this is the second time I have rented a U-Haul and had to throw away a significant amount of someone else’s trash
