The vehicles was in bad shape: -spilled dog food in the cab -broken glass in the back -too many dents and scrapes to possible capture in pictures when picking up The automated check out and check in process was not user friendly. I will not be using that again. The app times out in the middle of steps. If that is all U-Haul offers, I'll go to Penske.

Had some trouble picking up the truck but it was my fault. Other than that it was smooth as it can be in my opinion. Great service. Nice man helped us in Canton IL while picking up.
