At this location; nothing. My bad experience with U-Haul has been diverted to faculties way out of my way when plenty were available close by.
John SI was told at the pick up place that since he didn’t have the truck I was looking for that he would give me the other truck at the same rate and I could have two extra days at no charge. I picked up the truck on Sunday. There was between a quarter and a half of tank of gas in truck. I dropped the truck off on Monday with a half of tank of gas in it. The drop off place in Oxford Mississippi CHARGED ME for the two days I didn’t use that were supposed to be comped.. and changed for gas when I left extra in the tank Very disappointed and frustrated. Hard to find anyone at the Oxford place who could answer any questions. The employees seemed not very educated on what they are doing
Barbara HAfter I got the truck, I could not see out the windshield. Since it was new to me, I got home with the truck and had to get a ladder to reach the front windshield to clean it. It would have been nice for U-Haul to have cleaned them. Everything else was perfectly FINE!
