There's so many bad things I won't have enough space for the nightmare I've been through. Starting out at the U-Haul store in Cape Girardeau then Depot City and now dropping it off. Was told for all the trouble I would get comped a day and now I didn't. U-Haul is a joke and will never rent from them again. Oh and it'd help if the person at Depot City could speak English and not get hit up by some meth head as I was coming out of the store with cockroaches on the walls.

Everything was great
Lloyd HMessed up entire reservation and wouldn’t listen. It seemed completely unnecessary to have this U-Haul pick up location when you have a big full service one less then a mile a way. I pulled up and they had 1 truck in the lot and not a single other car. This was after driving past a big U-Haul location which could have handled my pick up probably 100% better. I can’t express how frustrating it was dealing with this place. Super unclear on communication and caused chaos at the end of my rental because they inadvertently changed it from a one way drop off to a I town drop off. I would highly recommend you drop this location from your company’s locations. You don’t need them at all. Your have a big full service location a mile away!!! It feels very scammy when you go here to get your truck and drive past the other location. It’s not a good look for U-Haul.
NICHOLAS BThere was an empty chocolate milk bottle in the truck and the passenger seat wasn't clean. The person at Depot City had questions for which she didn't have any answer, so we were delayed at pick-up while we waited for her to speak with the main U-Haul rental place.
Linda HNot sure why there is a location so close to the main cape uhaul location. At this convenience store they seemed very unfamiliar with the check in process.
