Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisCalled ahead and was going to miss agent by 5 minutes yesterday and they could not wait. Called today to make sure my drop off had been processed and then received my receipt.
Julia EStaff were wonderful. They really took care of me under less than ideal circumstances. They were there every step of the way. The only complaint I have is the UHaul software and its poor functionality. It took 25 minutes to get the software to accept a valid drivers license via the ridiculous image upload feature. If UHaul requires a drivers license upload, then they need to provide a properly calibrated machine at their rental locations to do so. When a customer is moving, they don't have the time to waste 25 minutes playing personal drivers license photographer.
WILLIAM PWe may have been the first customers to use this location and definitely room for improvement. Employee seemed surprised by our arrival even though reservation was made a week prior through the website.
