Jennifer D.Fees. Ease of use. It may be, or at least SHOULD be illegal to advertise 20 dollars per day, because two days cost me hundreds of dollars in the end. The 24 hour phone pick up service COULD be game changing, but it puts all the work on the customer! ID and questions? Understandable. Taking pictures and making me let you call two friends to vouch for me? Ridiculous. I'm PAYING you money to use the truck. If I have to replace fuel, clean the unit, AND provide references, it should be free to use the truck. I'm doing everything!
