Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisTo far from home (Montreal, Quebec). Lost a day in moving. The truck had check engine light on and no one was able to tell me if it was save to drive.
dragan jI was told pickup here would be by mobile pickup. My pickup time was 7.30am. When I got there no one was there and the mobile pickup didn’t work. When the owner arrived at 8.30am he told me that location is not for mobile pickup. I had to wait an hour to pickup my vehicle, however when it was time to drop off you still made me have to drop off at 7:30 even though your incompetence made me pickup my vehicle and hour after i was supposed to. Your service in all was poor. Never to recommend to anyone and I’ll never use again.
Eyesan OTires are slippery in the snow and dangerous. Extra fuel charge was abusive and not justify. No ramp on the truck to facilitate bringing appliances in. No discussion on permises or justifications for fuel extra charge.
