Had to wait for 30 minutes for someone to help me. There was no hand truck available after I requested and paid for one. There were only 10 furniture pads available after requesting and paying for a dozen. Attendant seemed like he wasn't aware of how to handle the uhaul part is his job.

I had to pick up the truck in a different location, picked the tow dolly up at this location.

Alec TPeople were very nice. A little hesitate about going to a motel to get a rental, but it was a very good experience. The people there were very accommodating and pleasant to deal with.
