I picked up the van with 3/4 of a tank of gas. I dropped it off a day early with it a little above 3/4 of a tank. I even took a picture that I have to prove that it was above where it was when I picked it up and for some reason I was charged $10 for gas because they said it wasn't at 3/4 of a tank, and it wasn't checked in the next day. I had to call and get it checked in. It made me kind of wonder if someone used the truck a little bit at my expense. $10 isn't a lot but it is after how much I paid for the truck in general. The man was very friendly when I called in and he backdated the check- in because he knew I got it there a day before I had to.

Daniel HNever answered the phone - all day long - Manager was not there when dropped off. Had to asked for drop off assistance even though I pad for it. Help was minimal compared to pick up location
