Judy hOwner of this location.over charges me and adds insurance to my contract every time we rent from him even though I have declined coverage. He is rude and unprofessional. He began to talk about people that we are connected with. I doubt that we will rent from him again.
Kim LGeorge did his best to answer questions about the return process. He called me directly when the return check-in process did not go through properly. The texting and online features are more challenging for clients to use who are not as familiar with electronic/digital tools. We experienced a challenge with finding someone to check in the trailer on the January 1st holiday. I would recommend a point of contact phone number for these local drop off sites so that questions may be addressed for returning products. It was a difficult process to confirm the trailer had indeed been returned which resulted in some confusion for all parties involved. I appreciate George’s willingness to work with my family regarding this matter.
