The location/dealer ( Little O Tires of Casa Grande were great) The trailer I rented checked out as "acceptable" on your online survey before the rental is "rented." All equipment was said to be "good to go" I came and picked up the trailer. When I went to load the vehicle I needed moved, the trailer was too short to accommodate the approved vechicle. So I had to eat nearly 100 because the website said my vehicle would fit and it actually did not. The lady with the dealership for UHAUL said it wasnt something she could "fix." I am out 100 and still needing the vehicle moved.

Shocks are bad and drives really bad. I highly recommend fixing this truck asap as it's a safety issue.
Chad SWhen I went to return the truck to the instructed location they were not open. Very unprofessional considering I went out of my way to be punctual & traveled further to return the vehicle. Then told me it was none of my business on how they run there's. I had a very busy schedule considering it was a day before a major holiday therefore it was a major inconvenience. Will not be doing business with them in the foreseeable future.
