We drove 10 miles before the check engine light came on. We got to our destination (20 miles away) and had to put oil in it. We drove approximately 100 miles and the check engine light was on the whole time. We called while we were on the road and were basically told good luck. It was very uncomfortable not knowing if the truck was going to break down or not.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisEasy, cordial check out with Maureen - it's nice to work with a real person rather than an app. There was a little snafu with the return billing, but Maureen took care of it immediately.
Dale MThe person was frustrated that I was late and was rude. I had to become confrontational with her to get her stop being rude. I wouldn’t go back.
Kenneth RNo drop box for the key but the gentleman working in the store was very friendly and efficient, confimed he'd have receipt to me by noon, which he did.
