Justin RotichKim acted like it was a inconvenience for her to try to rent us a vehicle. Was not friendly, another gentleman kept showing her what and where to enter the information at on her computer… when I followed up on the return, and asked if everything was satisfactory to them. That it was returned in the same condition that we received it, except we filled the tank up. Immediately she said, well you won't get paid for it. I told her, I didn't say I wanted to get PAID for returning it with more gas than what in it when we received the vehicle. I was letting her know, that that was the only difference in returning the 10" truck…. Then I asked for a paper printout for my sister, as she had paid for the rental and wanted a copy for her credit card. Kim said, you'll get the final charge on your email… I went to my vehicle and called Jacob (area representative), told him in no uncertain matter my displeasure with Kim at MGM.. I went back inside, as Jacob was calling Kim and told Kim if our conversation on wanting a paper copy. Kim asked Jacob HOW DOES SHE PRINT ONE OFF!!!! Why didn't Kim tell ME that she didn't know how to use her computer to print a copy!!!!! I would have came back when there was someone available who knew how to…….. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION TO ANYONE…. Kim does NOT have ANY PROFESSIONAL SKILLS…
