No one was around to return the vehicle. The app would not let me auto check in to return the vehicle. No one answered the phone. We had ot just drop the keys in the box and leave as we could find no help.

No one at the facility. Used the computer drop off app to complete my paperwork. Cheryl with your phone support section was outstanding. Please thank her for the help and support she provided for a good result and pleasant experience.
MICHAEL FI was trying to drop the U-Haul truck where it said that I can drop it and come to find out the place doesn’t exist anymore and was constructing going on so it took about more than an hour to drop the u haul an other place a little to far.
