This pick up location was not the problem. We were assigned a pick up location closer to our home. We only knew not to go to the original pick up area because we called to confirm. We did not receive pick up change information in a timely manner.
Ralph SThere was a lock on truck , called them , no answer … very poor. Lost time while trying to deal with 1-800 number to figure out code, no one could… until I finally figured it out by guessing. Not good at all. Did deal with Kevin and Vanessa, but he were nice, but was not a great situation. And I still need to rent another truck to live my kid from NC TO VA, do I find another company ?!?!
Carmel TThe manager was out so their staff member acted like he knew nothing about the UHAUL rental I placed. Then to make it worse he came out to the truck when I was trying to get the key from the code that was sent to me...he came out saying UHAUL was closed and I couldn't take the truck. I'm assuming they just need to be trained..I called the customer service for UHAUL and the lady was so helpful and I did end up driving off with the truck I rented. After an hour later.
Timothy HI prefer a center that hooks it up for me. I was forced by a change in location by UHaul.
