Both young ladies that helped me check in and check out were extremely helpful. The system crashed when I checked in ,but I was taken care of. My only issue is with the WiFi at the location it was impossible to connect to the app and go through the required steps. Again both ladies were awesome and everything worked out. I have used this location 5 times and will continue to in the future.

The gal at the counter was super nice!
RENAE OThe area where the trucks are is a gas station parking lot. Way too busy and packed in. Makes it hard to get around.
SARA BTruck that was used has nearly 200,000 miles on it and it barely moved when pressing on the gas. Can be an accident waiting to happen if you need to get out of the way. Price was excellent Check in was iffy as my original booking was lost but the staff was awesome and just made a new reservation Check out was soo easy and fast. Please tell clients if they need to fill up the gas tank prior to return or what will be charged to fill up at Mobil Time frame that was allowed was great Very nice experience and not stressful
NICOLE NThis is a poor UHaul location. I did not feel safe leaving my personal vehicle there while I rented the van. There were zero customer parking spots that felt secure and safe. Also, the van was disgusting. It is clear that this location does not check the vehicles after every use. There was dirt and leaves in the back of the van and dog hair all over the seats and interior. It looks like the dashboard and inside windshield has not been cleaned in months and months. I will never be returning to the UHaul location. I would rather drive further to a different location than rent here again. This vehicle was disgusting.
