Location was closed at drop off, so I can't speak on cleanliness or personnel. The key drop was easily located and they confirmed drop off Monday when they reopened. Overall a smooth transaction.

ed jThere was a homeless person sleeping in the trucks driver seat with his pants down upon arrival. The U-Haul smelt bad of urine and had a cigarette butt in the side door.

MARY II was disappointed that U Haul didn't have any of the toy hauler trailers available near me. Fortunately, the one in Centralia was on our way but, I had to pay double what I normally would have because I had to do a one way rental. There needs to be more of these available. The lady that was there was very helpful and knowledgeable. she did her job well.
