Took a long time to get thru the remote location system. Had to call customer service like 3 times to figure it out then after about 20 to 25 minutes I start to inspect the truck and when I go to verify the fuel levels the truck won't start Had to call customer service two more times, Had to wait an 1hr & 1/2 for a technician to come from Atlanta to check battery and then swap it out because battery was no good. It seems when the other person dropped. It off at the remote location. No one went by to verify everything was in working order. And in good condition for the next renter, poor service. Not happy .

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisIt says on the U-Haul site that you can get supplies and hand trucks there. That you can get counter service. You cannot. It was the most frustrating truck rental I have ever experienced.
JOHN WDoor locked. No personnel on site. Dropbox only site. I walk with a cane and for online return pictures were required. Of course, the door to the back rolled all the way up. I had to climb onto the truck to reach the door to secure it. I had dropped the truck the night before when I had a ride back from the site.
ROBIN RIt should be reported during rental that the location is not equipped with a person and the app needs updated for use.
Jeffery PSpeedometer was off apprx 10mph. Front driver's side wheel had a little drag, gas mileage wasn't the best. Third rental, worst mpg.
