The trucks were hard to find. The location was closed at time of pickup. The keys were not inside the lockbox. Had to call for help and they found me another truck. The worst experience

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisIt’s a little confusing the fact that the there’s not a good sign for the uhual part
ANMARY AWas no one there, only a sign on the door saying to check in via the website or app and retrieve key from lock box. Equipment was another 3 buildings back.
alberto tAll remote on a sunday, but pretty quick. Better directions on where to park would be good.
Matt SWas supposed to be open until 8pm but store closes at 5pm. There were notes about where to drop truck. No open drop box had to call a number. Person answered right away and was helpful, it was just confusing after a long day of moving Not locations fault but very frustrated with low mileage allowance and upcharge for extra miles, will not choose uhaul again
