Pick up was great and the attendant was helpful. Drop off was a poor experience with no help on working through the process of checking back in. Rough customers making it slightly uncomfortable as well. This was also not the location I selected but Uhaul informed me after my pick up time that the location had moved. Overall bad experience renting the truck.

A very bad experience, and they stole my money.
Franklin Hguy was nice very helpful and they stayed open late to return the truck with no issues. The truck smelled like a bathroom that’s been used. hard smell to get used to

Alison CEnsure that the van is clean before renting it! Furthermore, the van’s dashboard indicated low air pressure on one of the tires, I expressed my safety concerns and, I was told not to worry, and that I could put air on the tire! I was overcharged to make matters worse!
