The location first off, was very conveniently located near my home. The staff were friendly, courteous and professional. There was a little mixup at the beginning of my rental experience where the previous renter of the van I was renting forgot to return the key the previous evening (obviously to no fault of the staff) and one of the staff members had to retrieve the key. This put me a little behind schedule, but the staff apologized profusely and got the key into my possession soon afterwards. All in all, even with the inconveniences, the staff were still helpful and I will use this location again in the future. Thanks a ton!

WILLIAM JLocation was not open during pickup despite the app telling me to go inside and get my keys. The equipment that was reserved was not present, the location was closed. There were no keys to pick up nor a way to do so since the location was supposed to be open but was closed. Knocked, rang bell, called business repeatedly to no avail. Very poor customer service to not have a back up or emergency contact for people that would be renting and picking up equipment from your location. Uhaul stated multiple times that the location was open or should have been. This confusion caused further delays. Had to call uhaul support and work through the problem with them which resulted in delays and receiving equipment that did not confirm to the original reservation. The equipment change then caused significant logistical issues due to the very small loading and unloading space with which we had to work with. Overall 1/5 stars.
