There was no one there onsite when there was supposed to be. Delayed my pickup by an hour. Worst experience I’ve had. The only help was when I called the support number, thankfully there was someone there to return a uhaul so I was able to access those keys.
Benjamin RThe van was appropriately clean, but did have a heavy rubber odor to it - almost like it had been used to haul tires. We had to drive with the windows down.
KRISTEN AThere's no signage at the drop off location. The address provided by uhaul is in a multitenant building with no suite# provided. The drop off location was behind the building and not visible from the road. There are no signs for the business XPS or for Uhaul rental. Had there not been one other U.Haul truck visible from the road. It would have been completely unknown as to where to return the equipment. In addition there are no signs behind the building to indicate where to place the equipment when dropping it off.
