Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe lady in charge is very rude in her behavior. She charged me cleaning fee although I didn't make anything dirty at all and she gave me a dirty truck in the first place. I went to the location to ask her why she charged me the cleaning fee and when I wanted to get a proof of how I made the truck dirty, she said that the truck was not there although I saw the van sitting at the lot. She just lied. U-haul is a great company and I love renting trucks from them but this location and the current manager is trash.
