Chose mobile pickup, which was a good thing because no one was even at the open shop, but a bad thing because the directions to access the keys weren't correct. The shop didn't answer their listed phone number the first 3 times I called either. Finally got a U-Haul CSR on the phone, who couldn't help either, then the shop called me back. They had me walk through the whole store, including the office and garage to look for the keys. The keys were no where. Eventually I found the keys in the unlocked truck
