I had to go to another U-haul location for it 2. they added the smart move insurance for $15, even though I did not select it. When I asked them to void it, they claimed they could not. I was scammed, and would not come here again.
Eman KWe reserved a cargo van and two tools for furniture and boxes from this location a few days before our move. First, they texted us the night before that the location had changed, then when we went to pick up the car, we found out that the two tools we reserved were not available and they told us to contact other locations to find them, but we couldn't find them anywhere and we experienced a very uncomfortable experience and worse, they charged us for those two tools.
Davood CThe young man at the counter were lovely, but this van was completely filthy inside and out. It was not cleaned at all, and there was trash in the back as well as bloody Kleenexes and tons of pet hair. Not to mention the check engine light came on and various other Notifications of things going wrong.
Lori JI went to the first location on time, but the previous customer couldn’t return, and then I went to another location for the 10 foot truck. And then leaking while adding gas. Gas was all on the ground in the gas station. The front desk knew the situation and still rented me that truck.
