The personnel in the office was very friendly and very helpful. Couldn’t ask for much better than that.
Randy MErika at Brock’s was fantastic. She worked really hard to get us a truck we needed. However, there were some hiccups that had us paying almost $700 when our rental was only supposed to be $334.53. We ended up paying $341.08. We also did not get the discount that we were told we would get for all the issues that we had getting the reserved equipment. We don't fault Brock’s Auto Body or Erika for that.
