I didn't catch her name but the lady behind the desk is nothing short of incredible and super helpful! The rental was going to cost a little more than what I had on me at the time and she worked her magic to make the rental happen! Thank you so much!

William PEasy, peasy rental. Zee was great.
SCOTT FThis location was fine. However our original pick up location at Hardee’s Lumber and Barn in Bennettsville SC which was confirmed the same day of reservation and attempted pick up was closed and gate licked No one answered the phone so I called U-Haul and they had to try and find us another trailer which was 15 miles away. In total we lost an hour and a half off our scheduled move timeline and I was surprised no compensation was offered for all our trouble and aggravation of our confirmed trailer pick up location being closed. Everyone who help us was very friendly.
WILLIAM MPerfect experience! Easy to rent. Clean and easy to use truck. Easy return process.
