3 tires were well inflated at above 55psi, but one tire was only at 24 psi and the location manager wanted me to take the low tire to a tire shop. We declined that advice and called U-Haul and they sent out a service person that switched the tire and got us on the road. I feel that the tire should have been checked and fixed before we left the lot, not after we got home to load the trailer and I checked it myself.

THEODORE ZDrop off location during day hours had no one there to check me in. Had to drive back next daty and wait for someone to show up to check me in. Thus was a huge inconvenience. Also had to drive over 30 miles to pick up trailer.
