Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThis was the second location we had to go to. The first location, Antnio's Lock, had only one and it was completely unuseable. After about 20. Inutes, we were sent to the Chesapeake location but the address in the text we received from UHaul was 317 Centerville Turnpike S, not 417. Tbe overall puck up experience ended up taling 1 1/2 hours.
Mark CThe location was convenient and the service representative was fantastic and friendly.
Vincent WWonderful experience
Kimberly GI rented a 10" truck for about 4 hours on Monday 7/20. I drove it exactly 30miles and put $5 worth of fuel before returning it. I was charged an additional $7.88 for more fuel...why? I know that you probbaly dont care, but I will not be renting a truck from UHaul again. $72 for 4 hours...rediculous! On another note, the truck is old and needs work. Its extremely loud as your driving down the road. Every bump fels like the wheels are going to fall off...bad/experience, bad review!
