Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisCustomer service was extremely lacking, they tried to upsell me despite my reservation being made online. The truck had mud, spilled liquids on the seats and dash, as well as long hairs in the cup holders and on the dash. I have never gotten a U-haul that was this gross inside. We only needed it for a few hours, and if the fella behind the counter was actually willing to talk to us then I’d have just gone to the cobblestone location just up the road. Will never be going to this one again…….
Grayden LThere are far too many add ons on the website. 5. Pages of add ons is too much. If you can return without seeing a rep why can you not pickup through the app.
Tyson DNothing you can do! That’s your customer service said. They didn’t fix the problem and hang up the call. It’s the worst experience I’ve ever seen.
