The trailer the office was in was somewhat run down and the stairs were not exactly safe, but everything worked and the folks were friendly.
AMY BThe original pick up location was not open when my reservation time was. There was no answer at the location. I called their number and got a call center and was told to wait. After 40 min I was not going to wait longer. The call center staff did not hesitate to help me change my pick up location and my information was there when I got there. I think that’s pretty impressive as the location was 3 minutes away.
Joel DInspect equipment. Had to replace 2 wheels and tires, one was a blow out on the interstate.
Lance GTruck needs to be clean inside and driving area and truck bay. When I returned I maid sure I clean both areas. Aso front passenger and driver area smell of cigarette.
