Emiliano PGreat experience
Stacie MThe reservation was for in person pick up and when I got to the location, nobody was there. I called several times and left messages. Finally the guy called and said they are closed on the weekends. He said to call UHaul and see how I can get the truck I reserved. It was a huge hassle and this is a prime example of why I chose the original location and to be picked up IN PERSON. I might have to give Penski a try next time to ensure I get what I originally made my reservation for.
Michelle HI dropped off on a holiday. Nobody was there but the process was very easy. I had talked to them on the phone a week earlier. They were very nice.
