When I walked in I said that I was there to pick up the 26' truck and the gentlemen behind the glass counter said he had no idea what I was talking about. Internet connection was poor and I was having trouble getting into the mobile access rental portal. Once I did, I showed the guy my screen and he passed the key under the protective glass with no instruction at all. The truck was parked in a difficult place to get out and I had to make around 8 to 10 point turns to get out in reverse in this 26' truck. The mobile app was still struggling and would not allow me to upload the necessary photos to show some damage to the truck, the mileage and fuel. Again, zero help from the gas station attendant / rental agent.

renee hThere was urine and tobacco products in the cab of the truck. The seats and starting wheel was sticky.
TATYANA WThere was no dolly that I requested. The fuel was at quarter tank and the pickup location I had reserved for months got redirected to another one further away, while there were plenty of trucks at the first location. Every time I reserve a truck it’s not at the location I ask for.
Nick TThe truck had a beer bottle inside a door pocket and the container had some things that belonged probably to the person that rented the truck before.
