The gentleman who helped me went above and beyond. I was worried about doing mobile check in and he let me call him early morning to walk through the steps. So nice and accommodating!

The location is not on western it is in the back and hard to find. I don’t know if place is clean I wasn’t pleased told to stay outside with the truck. I wasn’t pleased because my drop off location was changed by UHaul because my choice of drop off did not have room to accommodate the truck. It was 45 minutes round trip va what would have been 20 minutes just to drop off the truck.
PHILLIP BOwner went above and beyond. He was kind, helpful, and communicated with important updates. Overall an easy and pleasing experience!

ABDURAHMAN AVery disappointed that I was charged for an extra day (including insurance) since I was late in returning within the time I estimated. If I had estimated a longer period of time the rate would not have changed.
