I requested an appliance dolly and was not informed that there would not be one on the truck. Also I requested 12 furniture pads and only 2 were on the truck. I was charged for an appliance dolly and 12 furniture pads even though I stated this in my return on the app. Please listen to what your customers request and give proper notice or notice for that matter that said request can't be accommodated.Benito S.

Your website switched me to this location. When I called up customer service, after they bothered to get to me, they couldn't get me another truck anywhere, and wouldn't compensate me for the lost time or the two cab rides. I'm never spending another dime on your services, movers may charge an arm and a leg but they don't jerk me around and then leave other people holding the bag to apologize for how much corporate sucks.Ian M.

Keeping in mind that moving is never easy, I can say that this was truthfully one of the worst experiences of my life. It is disappointing to think of all of the people that rely on the Uhaul services, and know that there are absolutely 0 safeguards in place for when things go wrong. I am not sure that Uhaul understands/appreciates the impact of not having the truck on hand that your customers book months in advance. It is even more frustrating knowing that I had to bring it to your attention as opposed to being notified of the truck not being available. There aren't many other affordable options to rent trucks, but I can honestly say that I would be willing to pay a significant premium to not have to use your services in the future.jeffrey L.

This is my third time renting a uhaul from this location. The customer service is great!Chivan G.
The personnel at this facility was friendly and helpful. I was able to get my truck and storage unit at the same facility. No waiting, no running around. Everything was right there. Clean and well lit. I was scheduled to pick up truck and move into one of their storage4 units on 6.10.16, which I might add was a pretty warm day. While unloading my truck, I was offered ICED COLD water. Who does that these days??? KUDOS to the manager. I don't normally do reviews, but I was pleased with this facility and once I looked at the storage unit I planned to purchase, which was a little to small for my needs, I was upgraded to a larger unit for a few dollars more only because there was a beam in the middle of the unit. Not a problem, why not take it and use the beam to your advantage, which I did. so, in closing I will say I was VERY pleased and have no problem recommending them to friends and family. JWJackie W.
I am very upset about my experience there, I have used this prepaid card at uhaul before my total was 84.12 and my card was charged 97.74, when returning the equipment I was charged 93.74 plus my additional mileage which the extra for mileage was correct, I only keep 105.00 on this card for small useage like this, my card was charged twice the wrong amount which the third time made my card decline and no I was just charged a 39.00 late fee this is unacceptable and I need this matter corrected immediately. But I must say the staff was friendly but the aggravating situtation takes from it and then I get a letter with my name on it saying I agree to the late fee no I dont. Tracey love 7733021770TRACEY L.
