I had to walk 3 blocks into the neighborhood to find the truck at pickup. Then I was asked to drive it back to the convenience store before I left. Then on the day of return I was told I had to go into the neighborhood to find parking, and walk back to the convenience store before I could turn in the key. I did, went around 3 times, had to walk back 5 blocks becuase I couldn't find a closer spot, and gave the address where I dropped the van to the clerk, and checked out. The next day I got a call from a different Uhaul employee asking me for the address where I parked the truck, which I had already erased from my phone. Strangest rental I've ever had from Uhaul. Would highly recommend for anyone to use any other location.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThis is in the middle of a densely populated area with no designated parking for the return. I had to find street parking in the area several blocks away.
Joe CIt's just annoying when they say to leave a quarter tank of gas so you don't get charged. and then you leave a quarter tank of gas and get charged. My advice, drain it cause they gonna charge you anyway. Kinda upsetting.
NICHOLAS CThere is no specific spot for the truck, it’s park randomly in a street parking space and I was asked to park it anywhere in the street around and it took me sooo long to find a spot to park it, and the fact that I had to parallel park it a such a small space was another concern. When people are mocking they would be already stressed out and this U-hual made it even worse. Although the person managing it was super nice and helpful but I had to walk so long to get to the truck and pick it up.
NOMAN HOdd pickup situation. Truck smelled like cigarettes. Was charged for gas when it was returned with the same amount of gas.
