There was an issue with the truck that wasn't the fault of the site and it was fixed within thirty minutes and I was given an even better truck then I started with.

The ret urn location was really inconvenient and no one was there to check in the truck. We tried to follow the instructions on the drop box but we could not scan the QR code. We called the number provided on the drop box but we were put on hold for over a half hour waiting in 100+ degree heat with no shade> I will look for another company if I have to move again.

SARAH JThe steering wheel.was off to the left and you couldn't see the speedometer . There was axle greese in truck on floor that got all over my phone the drink holder is broken the vehicle alignment is off and rear of vehicle dog tracks to passenger side . Because the steering wheel was off to the left the blinkers didn't work correctly . This was the only available uhaul in this size in chico at the time so I was stuck with this one and had to be on the road .
