Change the location to check in. Did not allow check in where the truck was actually parked. Had to go back and forth for check in and getting the keys. The dolly had to be added to the purchase there. Overall inconvenient pick up/drop off.

ERMA RNo clear signage directing customers where to pickup their reservation. No desk or waiting area to wait in before being helped, just a couple of computers in a large warehouse and guys doing their own thing, not acknowledging customers. Guy who helped me was friendly enough but it took a long time for him to get through confirming my reservation and pickup. He told me when I got there, “I don’t even know if we have the truck your reserved available.” Thankfully they did. I wouldn’t rent from this place again though.
