The owner and his manager were exceptional, friendly and completely accommodating to my need. The owner Joe helped me navigate the application process to avoid any difficulty. The manager was on site to help with hook-up. Very communicative and above and beyond in customer service. Use these folks whenever you can.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisYour app is probably the worst I've ever used. The Uhaul location was fine but since the god-awful app was needed to pick up the van, I probably won't use them again only for that reason. Maybe the creators should be required to use their app to access their vehicle every day so they could have the same experience that they created for their customers.
Darrell SPerson at the drop off was helpful and friendly.
Kyle CGrade road entrance from Chubbuck Road. Pretty major dip for a trailer
