The clerks at this location are arrogant and don't have an idea of what costumer service is. I had to wait over 45 minutes to get the car dollie hooked to my truck when I went to pick it up.

Hard to find location. Reported by brake problem but seems to not care there was one. Again I will be reporting uhaul for taking my money and not giving me my items or proof I didn't get them. Employee maybe selling them for pocket. Safety needs to be reported too

I’m so glad Rick is the new manager at this location. I always go to this U-Haul. Today the system was down and there was a lot of customers trying to pick up a truck. He handled it with stride and made it work. He’s definitely worthy of this position. I’ll be back here soon enough.

The whole experience seemed disorganized and confusing from beginning to end. First the office could not find my reservation in the system and asked me to repeat my information several times. When we walked out to get the truck there was no one to be found in the lot so we had no idea which truck was ours. Finally someone showed up and pointed at the truck for us at which time I had to ask if we were going to do an inspection or damage before leaving the lot. He seemed surprised as though that wasn’t standard protocol. Then when we started the truck our paperwork said it was a full tank when it actually was at 3/8. The rep signed his initials on the paperwork showing adjustment. At drop off, it was after hours and we followed the online instructions on how to do so. Thankfully there was a large sign in the lot with the link. Once we got through that process we had to find where to drop off the keys (because that was never shown to us prior to leaving the lot at pickup). We searched the property, and finally found a mail slot with a handwritten note saying “keys”. We saw other keys and paperwork on the other side of the glass so we were confused if we should put the paperwork through and if so, which part. Once we received the online receipt we were charged around $100 for fuel when we returned it at 3/8 of a tank because it was clear the office was never notified that the tank was actually at that level when we picked up. I called the main line and finally the general manager called me back to refund the amount which o appreciated. All in all nice enough staff, but they seemed to need quite a bit of training and perhaps some more coverage so customers are fully briefed and not standing around or searching for things.

More organization. Had to wait nearly 20 minutes to receive a reserved vehicle. Had to wait for an attendant to receive the vehicle when I returned it. The person working the office had to leave there to help another customer with a dolly. The three employees I saw seemed very disorganized.

never over book a truck I was sent to one location and truck was not dropped off there. I went to another location and was told that all that vehicle needs to be dropped off at location it was rented from. Then went to the last location picked up truck got to location that I needed to be too and there was a lock on the back of the truck. Had to wait 30/45 minutes for someone take lock off.

Customers with reservations should be serviced first, walk ins next. I rent twice a year and the wait is always very long. Our pickup was well maintained and was not clean. Staff was knowledgable and helpful.

Whom ever makes an appointment for service work ,have that individual doing the schedule, contact the party doing the work before scheduling.
