There was no one the location or instructions with what to do with the truck. There was a phone number on the receipt to call before the drop off and another at the location if assistance was needed. However, no one answered the phone and the voicemails were not set up at either number. Would advise dropping rentals at another location, especially if assistance is needed.

Really appreciate this location for stepping up when my original location had to take a truck out of rotation for service, which happens. But the transfer was relatively seamless given the late notice. Thanks!
