Mary WI really liked the seamless transaction through the app. It allowed me to get a truck last minute on Memorial Day. The lockbox method and checkout were so convenient. I was nervous maybe it was a mistake and messaged the place, they got back to me that morning and even called me to be sure I got the truck ok. Really great experience.
Carrie FAt arrival at my appointment time, the business was locked. So I had to call to get them to come out to get the trailer. The initial trailer was very dirty. I was the one who checked it and had to initiate the change to the other trailer sitting on the lot. The employees at first just wanted to sweep it out. They were nice enough people, but also reeked of marijuana. So not the most enjoyable experience getting the trailer. This was not the location I had originally chosen. U-Haul switched me to this location due to availability.
Lara DWe were told on the front end they were open 8-5 on Saturday. We got there at 9:30 am to find they are open 1-5. We came back at 1 and no one was there. We eventually reached someone through the Ring camera who told us it was ok to drop the trailer as they could see it through the camera but not an ideal experience
