Make sure the trucks actually start ! And also big one they don’t refund what they say they will even after bringing back with more fuel than it did.

Naomi TThe back of the truck had minor trash in it so not clean. The person running the location didn't arrive until 9:02 am, when I was scheduled to pick up at 9:00. I would expect the person to be there prior and open at 9. Additionally, the place had a large dog kept in a cage. The dog was barking most of the time. I would not expect a business that rents uhauls to have this type of environment. It made me very uncomfortable. Additionally, many times while I was driving the truck, when I used the air system, I got a very strong scent of cigarette smoke. I would assume this should have been noted during check-in and addressed.
Joshua FHours on the door said 8:30-6pm. No one showed up until around 9:20. Was late getting my reservation to me. The inside of the office was dirty and trash everywhere. There was a puppy kept in a crate that had apparently destroyed the sofa and was kept behind a wall of stacked tires. Not the puppy’s fault but this proprietor clearly does not care about service or appearance plus he tried to say he didn’t unlock the door because he was in the bathroom when I saw him drive up to the building late. Will never use this location again.
