No personnel to help me. Did self drop off. Location itself had no problems, but I'm extremely frustrated that I was no able to drop off at the location where I signed up to drop off. You guys changes my location without even consulting me. Had to drive an extra 15 minutes and was charged for miles I did not intend to drive.

KEITH GI was turned away at initial location 4600 Madison Rd. Cincinnati because I was dropoing off trailer and not a truck. When hours from home and not familiar with area, makes no sense to be turned away.
