This was a drop-off pick-up location only. There were hours on the website that said they were "open" until 5pm. We arrive before 5pm and no one was onsite. The app was COMPLETELY confusing with the drop-off process. I had to make 5+ phone calls to multiple U-Haul numbers to get someone that knew what they were doing to close out the reservation. I have serious concerns with ever working with U-Haul again.

Not try to charge a full tank of gas when it didn't come with a full tank

David ANo personnel to help me. Did self drop off. Location itself had no problems, but I’m extremely frustrated that I was no able to drop off at the location where I signed up to drop off. You guys changes my location without even consulting me. Had to drive an extra 15 minutes and was charged for miles I did not intend to drive.
