Location fine. However I was supposed to pick up a truck at Greenwood in Tulsa but that was changed to Yale corner in Tulsa. I was notified 5 minutes beforehand that it was then change to Claremore. Claremore was 45 minutes away so in order to pick up the truck it put me behind by almost 2 hours. Not happy at all with how this was handled.

Be more specific on where the lock is. It is NOT on the lock box on the building with all of the U-Haul signage on and around it.
Amy MAlthough I have emailed to the Uhaul customer service, a photo of the dashboard instruments, showing that the fuel was refilled to the same level as I rented the truck at, I was errantly charged an additional $12, because the Uhaul dealer measured incorrectly. I have photo proof, where the fuel gauge and odometer are both clearly shown.
