Ripping me off for gas, I disputed the extra charge as I left the truck with more fuel than it had when I got it. I will be calling to discuss further.

Comment U-Haul Reviews WorkThe truck I reserved 3 months in advance was not available I had to settle for a 26 ft truck I didn’t need And paid extra. Also was charged for extra gasoline the return was decent the lady was nice and apologized got my negative experience. I also had to bring blankets back to the location pick up due to Attendant didn’t check the vehicle experience The only positive was speaking to Z in customer service
Melinda FMake it easier to return the vehicle. And say something to the location on main st bydodge store. They was no one at the business. However, Jack was great! Very helpful. But we got done early and so returned the truck early . Once I got on the app it was easy All in all I would use them again.
